Placing an Order and Payment
By completing a Purchase Order, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the price set out on the website. Payment must be made at the time of submitting the Purchase Order, and can be made by credit card or PayPal only. Kindness Korner accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and PayPal. You warrant that you are an authorized user of the credit card or PayPal account used to complete payment.
All Purchase Orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Kindness Korner. We will email you with confirmation of the receipt of your Purchase Order. Kindness Korner may reject your Purchase Order and refund any payment made by you at any time prior to dispatch.
The Purchase Order must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the agreement. All transactions are settled in United States Dollars (USD). If you are ordering from outside the United States, your currency will automatically be converted to United States Dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies with the current exchange rate, and many banks charge a currency conversion fee. Contact your bank or credit provider for details.
Kindness Korner may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes on this website without prior notice to you. If Kindness Korner requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order. Notification of your wish to cancel the order must be received within seven (7) days of the announcement of the increase.

Kindness Korner does not store credit card numbers from online transactions. Kindness Korner reserves the right to limit quantities of product sold as it sees fit. It is a condition of this agreement that you do not resell the products to a third party. Customers wishing to be stockists of Kindness Korner products must contact us directly.

All goods sent out by Kindness Korner will be packaged to ensure protection. Care labels will appear on all garments and should be followed strictly.

Gift Cards
Gift cards may only be redeemed on the Kindness Korner website and are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. They are not redeemable for cash, and Kindness Korner is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Only one gift card may be used per transaction.
Promotional Codes
Kindness Korner may offer special promotions that can be applied to your order using a promotional code. You must enter the code during checkout to apply the promotion. Only one promotional code may be used per transaction.
Return Policy
We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Sale items cannot be returned, and swimwear and intimates cannot be returned for health regulations. Return shipping is payable by the customer.
Faulty Policy
If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, we will replace or refund it if returned within 30 days of purchase. Wear and tear from normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
