All items except clothing, swimwear, and shoes are Final Sale. Sale merchandise is also Final Sale. International orders are considered Final Sale at this time.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return eligible unworn merchandise in its original condition, with all tags attached, for a refund within 21 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued for the purchase amount, less shipping charges.
Kindness Korner aims to ensure your happiness with every purchase. However, as a small business, we maintain a stricter return policy than larger online retailers to sustain our operations.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – DOMESTIC ORDERS
- Email your order number to [email protected] to request a return shipping label.
- A fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund for each return.
- Drop off your return at any USPS facility or with your postal carrier (www.usps.com).
- Returns are processed within 5 business days once we receive your parcel. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
- Kindness Korner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during return shipping.
- Please note that refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process by your bank.

As a small local boutique, we currently cannot offer price matching or make price adjustments to compete with larger retailers.
